Nominated Repairers
We have approved repairer’s nationwide through our partner Aioi, and they will help you get back on the road as soon as possible. When you choose one of the approved repairers, we provide lifetime guarantee on the repairs as long as you own the vehicle.
Target Response Times
Claims lodged online outside of standard working hours will be acknowledged the following working day. Our phones are manned 24/7 for urgent assistance. In widespread events such as a natural disaster, demand for services may exceed our ability to meet our 1 business day acknowledgment target.
